Feature Roadmap
User Account
- This feature will allow users to create an account and log in to the app. This will lay the foundation for future features such as viewing payment status and more.
- Authentication options will include passwordless email and social media logins.
Neighborhood Calendar with Event Scheduling
- Residents will have the ability to access an up-to-date view of current and upcoming events in the community, as well as check the availability of the pool and clubhouse.
- Residents will also be able to conveniently schedule and make online payments for clubhouse and pool rentals.
Dues Payment
- Additional payment methods.
- Option to break up payments into smaller installments or amortize over the year by setting up a monthly payment.
- Residents will have the ability to view their current dues status and payment history.
Community Issue Reporting
- Residents will be able to report various issues in the community, such as potholes, street lights, maintenance problems, and HOA violations. They will also have the option to upload photos to provide additional information to the board.
- Residents will have the ability to track the status of reported issues and receive notifications when issues are resolved.
Online Voting
- Residents will have the ability to vote on important HOA decisions, such as budget approvals, bylaw changes, and board member elections.
- Residents will also be able to view the results of past votes and upcoming voting events.
HOA Board Tools
- Financial tools such as dues status, expense charts, and depreciation planning.
- Knowledge continuity tools include board member and chair responsibilities, facility notes, a timeline of relevant events, and information delivery tools for residents, including agendas and minutes for HOA meetings, among other things.
- Residents will have access to board member communication tools, a maintenance and repair log, expense charts, file sharing, and an open bid page for vendors.
- Directory of current residents, along with contact information and other relevant data.
- Automated annual mailer creation for dues and other important information.
